Police can now release the name of the man killed in a crash on State Highway 1, Karapiro, on Thursday 5 April.
He was Gregory William Brown, 43, from Karapiro.
Our thoughts are with Gregory’s family and friends at this time.
The crash is being investigated by the Serious Crash Unit.
